Returns and Exchanges

My Aida shipment was all sorts of messed up and I’m super bummed. What now?

Oh no! We are so sorry that earthly postal services don’t always treat your packages like the delicate flowers they are. We make every effort to protect Aida products (some may even call it overkill), but our products are handmade, and occasionally breakage can happen. If you're dissatisfied, please email us and we'll do our best to work with you.

Yuk! This stuff is not for me – can I return?

Sorry! We do not accept returns on food items, but if you’re unsatisfied we want to hear about it.

What if I received something I didn’t order?

Oh man - shoot us an email and we’ll figure it out. Most likely we’ll just tell you to invite a few more people over.

Aida Info

How do I pronounce this crazy name?

Aida is the second half of the street name Loisaida Avenue in New York where our bar Lois is based (aka Avenue C). It’s pronounced like Ida (not like the play).

Where did the idea for Aida come from?

It was a natural extension of years of entertaining friends at our respective homes and customers at Lois. Check out (about page link) for more!

Will Nora & Phoebe be my friends?

Oh, 100%
